frustrate

I was almost late for work today><

well, i thought i'll be starting at 10 as usual today

but something kept telling me to reconfirm my shift

and so i did.

i was completely awake when it's written 9am instead of 10am 

as i'm running out of time,

went straight to work without a single bite ><

what a nightmare ><

plus, i worked for 7hrs straight without any break.

and it was damn busy as well..

huh..what a day *%^$#@#

DAILY DIET PLAN:

skip breakfast today and my 1st meal was at 5pm and i with 'da pao'=take away  some french fries and one piece MOS chicken as i was starving to death and somehow i was craving for Meat! Meat! Meat!

no pictures because i was munching away greedily as if it was last meal forever and totally forgotten about it.

2hrs later, my tummy was grumbling 

and so, it's time for dinner and i made 

my own special fried rice that i taught myself^^

everyone in my class seems to be in a weird mood today.

they are not exactly sad, 

but very quiet.

no one seems to be in the mood to talk,

which we all usually do,

i mean we talk a lot, and non-stop

even if the teacher is around ><

probably is the rain's fault,

draining out everyone...

but i'll be strong ^^

for every one's sake !!

Today's confession: 

i kinda of break the rule today ><

because i had a slice of cake and bun for dinner 

which was not a  very wise choice ><

 there goes all my  effort...:(

at first i was thinking maybe i could skip my diet plan post for today 

but i have to be honest!!

honesty is a important step in the proses of dieting, i think.

i need to examine my conscience seriously><

 

breakfast was as usual.

oatmeal bagel with Ribena
Lunch: Spaghetti salad, onigiri and a small bar of chocolate.

nothing much but....
this is how it all started.

there's a this shop named Madame Shinco, about 5min walk from my place

and i've been wanting to check it out ever since as they are famous for the cakes and sweets ^^

my friend even got me a birthday cake from the same place and the cake taste superb~

btw, the color of the box reminds me of Hermes, their signature color as well.

i had a hard time trying to find the right way to slide my fork into it.

nevertheless, i like it ^^

also, i was so surprise and delighted when i found this at the convinent store F.Mart.

tapioca milk tea!!! my fave as well.

but the tapioca doesn't taste so nice

here's the White Burger with Smoked Chicken and Egg.

the white bun taste like the 'pao' we usually had^^ 

the end result,i regretted after having this although it was yummy ><

Hungry ! Hunger

no break for me at work today meant

i have to stay in hunger till 5pm !!

when i'm feeling hungry and there's no food for me,

i'll always get into a bad mood , very bad mood ><

i even felt like biting off my store manager's head ,

No Kidding.

while i'm busy entertaining customers, trying to put on my 'best' smile

but actually deep down inside i think i'm drowning ...

yet he was Sleeping !!! wtf 

i think i deserve a raise!!!

No, i want a raise >< !!!

DAILY DIET PLAN:

bagel of the day with everything for breakfast.

pumpkin seeds, cheese, onions and i felt a strong taste of black pepper.

lunch at 5pm >< : my favorite strawberry milk and bread.

after having my first sip of strawberry milk, i felt much better,more peaceful^^

Dinner: after a long day, i thought i deserved a proper meal so Bento with all my favorite dish ^3^.

btw, it's been quite a while since i bought bento.

test vs holiday

i've been updating my blog daily since the last two weeks.

does that mean because i'm very free?

well, kind of ><

of course, i've got assignment to complete, 

my studies to take care of

but updating my blog has become a daily task for myself ^^

coming July which is the month for test,

something i'm not looking forward at all.

but looking on the bright side,

holiday is coming as well~

just have to be patient 

and work hard !!

last year, me and my best friends went to Seoul, Korea.

as for this year, we haven't made up our mind yet.

I was planning to go L.A but something came up so...

but i'm not giving up yet cos there is still a slight chance  ^^

there are so many places i wanna visit, yet so little time and

the worst part, short of cash ><

my dream destination- EUROPE !!

me and my room mate, P chan talked about it before.

and we are planning to make it happen during our final, if possible.

so is back to my daily diet plan ~

yesterday's lunch. i had it at my work place.

yup, it's a fast food restaurant named Mos Burger 

and i'm having hot spicy burger with Grape Squash.

i made this burger myself as well.

not a pro yet but i' m loving it ^^

dinner was a cup of instant bean-starch vermicelli in Korean style- Chige

today's dinner: maple walnut bagel.

a bagel a day  makes my day ^^

Teriyaki chicken in mushroom sauce.

actually it's frozen food. 

all you need to do is put the whole packet in boiling water  and wait 14 mins 

the result "Tada~" !!

simply and easy dish for  lazy people who refuses to cook all the time, like me ><

I think i caught a flu today.

have been sneezing all day long while i was working.

trying so hard no to sneeze in front of customer or worst,

on them. >< 

can't imagine what would happen if  i did.

At first i assumed  someone was missing me but

that would be too good to be true ><

usually, i don't fall sick easily.

if i do, i'll be very very sick which

will only happen once a year,

according to my past record.

headache, sore throat, high fever..

and i'll be lying in bed for at least a day

so this flu is just a small case to me.

i'll just need to pop in a few vitaminC and 

i'll be as good as new by tomorrow ^^

so i ended up with 20 plates which i think 1/3 was dessert and Kimchi~

but feeling guilty later on..><  well, at least i'm not the only one enjoying the food^^
Full House!! and i realized there were lots of Korean tourist .

attracted by the all you can eat frenzy as well , maybe?

I had a hard time deciding between Lacoste and Vans

. still i ended up with the one above and i'm loving it more day by day.
the most expensive buy of the day- a pair of MiuMiu shades.

actually, i dreamed of having a all white frame shades just like 

what Nicole Richie is always wearing. 

unfortunately, it suits her well enough but not me ><

but , i'm satisfied with mine too^^

a pair of  Bone sandal at a very affordable price ^^

just right for the coming season >>>

let's see, as i mentioned before i went on a shopping spree yesterday

and i did bought quite a few things but what

matters the most is i had a great time 

i really wish i can do this every day ^^

but on a condition that i have the cash 

which i guess it will never come true since i'm always broke

and more than half of my pay is already gone before it gets in my hand

so i  told myself i'm on a shopping 'penalty' until July(!?) 

because they will be having a Huge summer sales by then

and i don't wanna miss it since i already did for the past 2 years ><  

There, i made myself clear without putting any full-stops(.)  in my sentences.

i meet up my best girlfriend Joanne dear and she

brought me to lunch as this place famous for okonomiyaki=Japanese pizza?!, i guess

that's how they called it ^^

she's putting on her new shades by Ray-ban 

the view from my seat.

everywhere you went it was people people and more people.

she's holding her fan here but the main point is her new hair cut

which i didn't mentioned the instant i saw her and was questioned later on ><

i think it's a really great haircut and i can imagined the hairstylist

putting on all his strength and energy  just to create  the look specially for her.

our okonomiyaki which is almost done but we realized it's kinda of over cooked, maybe?

on the right side, we have this cheese donbei-yaki which was

strongly recommended  by my girlfriend and she was right,

it was yummy ^^

when we were done with the okonomiyaki, last but not least-Dessert.

and the menu for yesterday was Portuguese Egg Tart.

i know this is kinda of a common thing back home but i think it only started  here in

Japan not too long ago.

Speaking of  Portuguese egg tart, i was telling my girlfriend here back home in M'sia,

King's confectionery are famous for these egg tarts and they taste good as well

but the shocking truth was she had Never heard of King's and i was like 'Are you kidding! King's is like 

one of the most well known bakery and the Largest Confectionery Retail Chain in Malaysia(and it's written on the web page itself too!!) and you've never heard it!!! No way !!

Dear Malaysian readers, please tell me you know King's because later on i asked around 2 of my M'sian 

friend as well and they gave me the answer:'nope, never heard of it" T___T

this can't be true, right?

i know i'm making quiet a big deal of it but it sounds crazy to me that my dear M'sian friends that i'm hanging out

with don't know the existence of King's  !!!

no doubt about it, the egg tarts we had were really good.

crispy and creamy~
