so, as i mentioned yesterday i'm going on a diet starting today.
the main point is HOW?
well, i've figured out just the way.
i'll report what i eat everyday !!
cos i think i can know better what i'm having everyday .
actually i used this method before.
i carried around a small notebook with me
everywhere recording what i had everyday for
breakfast, lunch and dinner.
and i think it worked but i stopped
because lack of determination ><
but not anymore,
not this time
and this way i"ll have the excuse to update my blog everyday. ^^
so here goes my report for the today.
breakfast: cereal with fresh milk.
as i'm working today and having this can last longer, giving me the energy
late lunch cos i just came back from work and damn hungry
so i had spaghetti with orange juice. YUMMY
yup, ice-cream for dinner. because of my late lunch and still feeling half full,
plus my craving for something sweet. oh, the flavors is sort of like gula melaka.
美味しい〜
i have another confession to make: since i came to Japan, i found a new hobby which is online shopping~
i don't remember how it started but i just fell in love with it.
the variety, the price( they have all those special offer and stuff) and the best part-they send it right to your door step.
i feel safe shopping online in Japan, but Malaysia... i'm not so sure yet
this just arrived today!! BAGELS~i'm a big fan
look at all the flavors they have.
i've only tried the plain ones and blueberry before.
don't worry, i still remember i'm on diet
and turns out Bagel is low in calories as well
so it fits well into my diet plan.
Hooray~
