it's already the final day of May!!
wow ! wow ! how time really flies
and i realized i have to do something about it.
no more hesitating and waiting and giving myself excuses.
finally, i've made up my mind.i'm going to do do i.
to everyone who is reading this post,
i would like to announce that
I'M GOING ON A DIET !!
yes, you heard me.
i'm positive about it as well
actually i tried dieting quiet a couple of times
but in the end i always rebound
which of course for my fault.
not having enough faith and can't resist the temptation
and all.
but, not this time.
i'm serious about it,
and i mean it.
i'm still figuring out the right way to do so
but i'm sure i'll come up with something by tomorrow.
so starting tomorrow onwards,you'll see a new attitude in me
with a more healthy image, i don't know if this is the way
to describe it.
i'm not gonna go all skinny with only bones hanging around.
slimming down my trunk like thighs(no kidding about it) is my biggest, long term-goal.
my 1st goal
by the end of June - -5kg from my weight which i think is possible as long as i have the determination
say goodbye to the greedy, big appetite girl who can finish the all the dishes in front her
and still have some space for dessert ><
starting from now onwards, 'he' will be my best friend telling nothing
but the truth about my weight and fats i have in my body.
